Online Code Changeover

We were engaged by a client to manage the online changeover for a relaunch of their major brand. Ensuring a smooth code changeover when brands are relaunched is essential to maintain search position and Favourites placement, and minimize revenue risk at The Digital Shelf. This was an intensive five-month project with Daedal team members supporting both key internal and customer meetings across six strategic accounts.
