Our client wanted to understand what the opportunity was for their business in eCommerce. They had previously done this at a basic level using some top down projections based on their understanding of channel size and share. The business did not have much faith in ‘the number’ and this was holding back the essential hearts and minds support needed to really get behind the plan.

We ran a modelling exercise using our tried and tested formula to look at the opportunity v do nothing over a three year time frame. This also included KPIs for RSV, market share and revenue by customer.

Deliverables included: Full opportunity workthrough using Panel data; KPIs; embedding sessions.
