Our client wanted to understand which digital and traditional Shopper Marketing tools would deliver a payback into the business. Using insight, expertise and publicly available information we compiled a detailed database which showed how the different mechanics delivered against metrics such as £ sales or shopper measures.


This enabled the client to make more informed  investment choices as part of the internal planning and JBP processes. We also incorporated all the detail into a web based playbook, which the client then used to make sound decisions around which tools to use in particular campaigns to activate most effectively at The Digital Shelf.

Deliverables included: insight database; embedding workshops; web based playbook with a CMS.
