Our client wanted to understand which digital and traditional Shopper Marketing tools would deliver a payback to the business. Using our insight and expertise we compiled a detailed database that showed how the different mechanics delivered against metrics such as £ sales or shopper measures.
This enabled the client to make more informed investment choices as part of the internal planning and JBP processes. We also incorporated all the details into a web-based playbook, which the client then used to make sound decisions about which tools to use in particular campaigns to activate most effectively at The Digital Shelf.
