Our client wanted to be first to market with an eCategory Leadership plan in their category; in practical terms, this meant springboarding from an existing Category Vision to a new eCategory Strategy across their global business.
We conducted a comprehensive global project with three distinct phases: Delivery; Build; and Launch. The Delivery Phase included multiple stakeholder engagement across different test markets to identify Best Practices and gaps that already existed in the business. The Build phase plugged those gaps and socialized the best practices via the creation of a new user guide. The launch phase delivered capability solutions, eRetailer co-creation workshops and a major internal launch event.
