eCategory Strategy

Our client wanted to springboard from an existing Category Vision to a new eCategory Strategy across their global business.

We conducted a comprehensive global project with three distinct phases: Delivery; Build; Launch. The Delivery Phase included multiple stakeholder engagement across different test markets to identify Best Practice and gaps that already existed in the business. The Build phase plugged those gaps and socialised the Best Practice via creation of a new User Guide. The launch phase delivered capability solutions, use cases and a major internal launch event.  All the work was completed remotely.
