Like many brands, our client was struggling with applying old world thinking to the new world reality of trading with Amazon. Issues with fines, stock delivery and low revenue were holding back the business and giving Amazon a bad name.

We worked closely with the client to deep dive Vendor Central and also align the wider business behind the right strategy for trading with the world’s biggest online retailer. By the end of our engagement every single trading issue (internal and external) had been resolved.
