5P Digital Simplification

We ran a series of client workshops to define and embed a new 5P Framework into the business over a twelve month period. This covered all business functions, both commercial and support.

The workshops were attended by a cross functional team, which included board members, agency partners and individual contributors. They were highly participatory and lots of fun!

Outside of the workshops, work was undertaken to embed the key principles into the business, as well as deliver the test and learn plans. There was also a comprehensive agency pitch to ensure alignment to the new way of working.

Deliverables included: simplification roadmap; cost savings; incremental sales.
